1948 Cleveland Indians World Champions Healy Plaque

This collector's Healy plaque celebrates the 1948 Indians, winners of the 2nd and most recent world championship in the franchise's long history.

The pressed wood plaque features a team photo of the '48 Indians on its laminated gold metal plate, which is mounted on a walnut brown board.

The players and coaches of the 1948 Cleveland Indians are listed in order of appearance on the team photo taken at old Cleveland Stadium.

The top of the plate is inscribed with the words 1948 World Series Champions beneath the official Indians logos.

In addition to the team roster, the bottom of the plate lists the Indians' regular season record and scores from Cleveland's World Series victory over the Boston Braves.
