The pressed wood plaque features a team photo of the '92 Jays on its laminated gold metal plate, which is mounted on a walnut brown board.
The players and coaches of the 1992 Toronto Blue Jays are listed in order of appearance on the team photo taken at the SkyDome.
The top of the plate is inscribed with the words 1992 World Series Champions to the right of the official Blue Jays logo.
In addition to the team roster, the bottom of the plate lists the Blue Jays' combined regular and postseason record and scores from Toronto's playoff victories over the A's and Braves.
